Car repair was taking longer than expected so Chelsea (front office lady) offered to give me a ride home, which I took her up on. Super friendly staff and very honest. Keeps the customer informed on what is going on and does not take advantage or sell you on stuff you don’t need.

HM Motor Works did amazing work sorting my old Peugeot 405 Mi16. I lost count of the number of times I was (understandably) told “sorry, we won’t work on that.” They came highly recommended by another local shop and I sincerely appreciate they were willing to take on the job. I appreciate the quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. I know finding parts is a challenges and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. HM Motor Works was DEFINITELY worth the 90 min drive and the pug has performed flawlessly since my visit. Thanks to the HM team!

After a long relationship with the business my choice to use them has ended. I found the lack of verbal communication and their reiiance on web site decisions resulted in paying 1300.00 for a job that didn't fix the problem and was told I declined the added charge for an accurate diagnosis. It seems they have started to charge for diagonistics alacarte, even when its part of the rapair, thats like charging extra for every wernch the mechanic uses Whats really upset me is there was ZERO consideration for the confusion and absolutly no recognition of customer loyalty
