Let me start from 5 star Service Representative (Chelsey Briand). Love this place (HM Motor Works). What’s the first thing you think about when you’re looking for someone to service your car. “Can I trust them?” Well... This place (HM Motor Works) can be trusted, and the service is like non other... Welcoming, fast, and professional. Their prices are very reasonable. I drive 26 miles to go to HM Motor Works that should say it all... I would highly recommend this automotive repair shop to anyone. They always seem to be able to squeeze me in at a moments notice and they do great work, they are not just going to tell you there are a bunch of things that need to be fixed just to make money. They give you an honest evaluation and they don’t try to up sell you. If you need car repaired and you don’t want to be taken advantage of at the dealer, this is the place.

Just an outstanding experience, from start to finish. Always courteous, professional and accommodating on the phone. Found their ability to provide a digital estimate breaking down the work and costs was great. Highly recommend, and will be going back for service in the future.
