Company History:

HM Motor Works was founded in late 2010 by Haleem Mediouni. Haleem is a lifelong performance automotive enthusiast who turned that passion into a career. He attended Universal Technical Institute in Orlando, FL, graduating with honors in 2002. He then sought to gain as much experience servicing high performance vehicles as possible and over the next 6 years worked for some of the most prestigious luxury dealerships in the area, before deciding to return home to NH and start HM Motor Works. HM Motor Works was founded based on Haleem’s positive experience working in these dealerships, and his idea of what a luxury/performance automobile customer should expect from their service provider.

As the business grew Haleem sought to start building his team, starting with an up and coming mechanic who shared the same passion, enthusiasm and work ethic as himself. George Escobar joined the team in 2012. He worked under Haleem and their efforts really started to make headway. With this growth Haleem knew that he needed the assistance of a seasoned automotive veteran to help the business grow from the front of the house, so the Guru of BMW Rick Stormer immediately followed in 2012. Jacob Warshaw HM’s Audi/VW/Porsche specialist joined the team in 2016 as well as Allen Smith a mechanic who’s automotive specialties include 60’s and 70’s Porsche, and engine tuning prior to the heavy technology influx of modern automobiles. HM’s newest team members include US Navy Veteran Zach Goldburg who joined the team in 2018 and is all well versed in turbo-charged performance vehicles, US Army Veteran and fellow classmate of Haleem’s from Miami Automotive college Gabriel Maldonado in 2019 who’s automotive passions include the venerable BMW E36 M3’s, 80’s whale tale Porsche’s, and audi quattro’s. As has been the goal from the beginning, HM Motor Works is always looking for the next talented mechanical student to mentor and grow, Branden Anketel has been HM’s intern since 2018.

Our Team

Rick Stormer – Rick’s passion for BMW started as a hobby back in 1973. Since then, he has become a well-respected figure in the BMW community. He has spent years working as a technician at various BMW dealers, as well as a driving instructor for the BMWCCA White Mountain chapter. Rick has been to Germany with the BMW Master Technician Program, an honor bestowed upon the top 14 BMW mechanics in the country, three times. He was one of the founding members of HMS Motorsports. His factory training from BMW started in 1973 and continued to 1999. An expert at everything BMW, he has been a pivotal member of the HM Motor Works team since 2012.

George Escobar – As the business grew Haleem sought to start building his team, starting with an up and coming mechanic who shared the same passion, enthusiasm, and work ethic as himself. George joined the team in 2012 becoming HM Motor Works first employee. He worked under Haleem and their efforts really started to bear fruit amid several established competitors in the crowded Southern NH automotive servicing market.

Jacob Warshaw – HM’s Audi/Porsche/Mercedes specialist joined the team in 2016. Jacob’s luxury and performance car knowledge/experience is so deep that he has yet to encounter a vehicle that he didn’t know all of the interesting and intricate details of the engineering design, and all the associated repair challenges that come with its maintenance.

Allen Smith – a mechanic who’s automotive specialties include rare 60’s and 70’s Porsche, and specialized engine tuning prior to the heavy technology influx of modern automobiles.

Zach Goldburg – A veteran of the US Navy submarine service joined the team in 2018 and is well versed in all forms of turbo-charged performance vehicles. His skillset with high power turbo vehicles is proven by observing his daily driven Ford Focus ST built from scratch and tuned to over 500 wheel horsepower!

Gabriel Maldonado – A US Army Airborne Veteran and fellow UTI classmate Gabriel Maldonado joined HM in 2019. Gabe’s automotive passions include the venerable BMW E36 M3’s, classically cool 1980’s whale tale Porsche 911’s, and pretty much all Audi Quattros and VW GTI/R32’s.

Branden Anketel – As has been Haleem’s goal from the beginning, HM Motor Works is always on the lookout for the next talented automotive student to mentor and grow. Branden is that current talent and has been HM’s intern since 2018. Showcasing his raw talent by buying a busted BMW 3 series for $100 dollars and bringing it back to life over the course of a summer for about $1500 total dollars.
